There is no need to have local directors to form your offshore company in Mauritius. A company must have at least one director, but it can be yourself, irrespective of your country of citizenship, origin, or residence. This means that you can establish a Mauritius company with directors and shareholders who are not residents of Mauritius.

Does my information be displayed publicly by the Mauritius government?
